10 things to expect at Teen Tone UP
This is a group exercise program for Teen Girls. It is a fun, effective, easy-to-follow class designed to help you get fit and have fun. The individual, partner and group activities combine cardio conditioning with resistance activities, using body weight, tubes, bands, medicine balls and more. It will re-define your body and empower you. We will target all the muscle groups, especially the ones that you need to improve your sport of choice! Did I mention there will be prizes!
Here are 10 things to expect at your first Forever Fit class
1. You will sweat!
2. You will move your body to music the entire class, and yet, feel more energized afterwards.
3. You will get a total body workout.
4. You will feel muscles that you did not think you even had.
5. You will have options that will allow you to take the workout at your own pace.
6. You will not be the only new participant to class. This is a brand new class so everyone is New : )
7. You will wonder where the time went as the workout flies by.
8. As your trainer, I will be truly interested to hear your feedback at the end of class and I will be there to help address any questions or comments that you may have. I am interested in creating a successful experience for all levels of fitness.

3. Good quality workout shoes
